Who We Are
NAMA (namaautomation.com) is the site owner. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and how we use it.
Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect the information in the comment form. We also collect your IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us detect spam.
We may send an anonymized hash of your email address to Gravatar, to check if you use their service. You can review Gravatar’s privacy policy. Once we approve your comment, your profile picture becomes publicly visible next to it.
Media
Avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images from our site and extract this location data.
Cookies
If you comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email, and website in a cookie. This saves you from re-entering these details next time. These cookies last one year.
Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It holds no personal data and disappears when you close your browser.
Logging in sets a few more cookies to store your login details and screen preferences:
- Login cookies last two days.
- Screen option cookies last one year.
- Choosing “Remember Me” extends your login for two weeks.
- Logging out removes your login cookies.
Editing or publishing an article sets one more cookie. It stores only the post ID — no personal data — and expires after one day.
Embedded Content
Some pages may include embedded content, like videos or articles from other sites. This content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly.
These external sites may collect data about you, use cookies, add third-party tracking, and monitor how you interact with the embedded content — especially if you’re logged into an account there.
Who We Share Your Data With
If you request a password reset, we include your IP address in the reset email.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep comments and their metadata indefinitely. This lets us recognize and approve legitimate follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our site, we store the profile information you provide. You can view, edit, or delete this information anytime — except your username, which can’t be changed. Site administrators can also view and edit this data.
Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we delete it. This doesn’t apply to data we must keep for legal, security, or administrative reasons.
Where Your Data Goes
We may run visitor comments through an automated spam-detection service.
At NAMA Automation, we publish accurate, relevant, and professionally responsible content across every digital and print channel. This includes product information, technical documentation, case studies, industry insights, and blog articles. Our goal is simple: inform and support our clients, partners, and industry peers.
Before anything goes live, our team reviews it internally, checking technical accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance. As a result, we never publish content that misleads, misrepresents, or goes unverified.
We also draw a clear line between fact and opinion. Product specifications and industry data are factual; everything else is editorial. When we reference third-party data or research, we credit the source. Finally, we keep our content current, updating it as technology, products, and industry standards evolve.
NAMA Automation (namaautomation.com) is a privately owned company within the Nama Group. Our headquarters are at 12 Mahmoud Shokry St., Kobry El Kobba, Cairo, Egypt.
The NAMA Group’s corporate structure funds our operations privately. We don’t accept external editorial funding, sponsored editorial content, or advertiser influence over what we publish. When we feature product promotions, partnerships, or commercial relationships, we identify them clearly wherever they appear.
For questions about our ownership or corporate structure, contact us at info@namaautomation.com or call +20 2 24442250.
NAMA Automation values feedback from clients, partners, employees, and the wider industrial community. We believe constructive input drives better products, services, and communication.

We acknowledge every submission within five business days. Feedback about product performance, technical documentation, or customer service goes straight to the relevant department, and we track it through to resolution. When feedback leads to a real change in our products, services, or content, we let the person who raised it know.
We never dismiss feedback based on how it reaches us. Whether the input is positive or critical, we treat every submission with the same professional respect.
NAMA Automation is committed to accuracy across every published material — product datasheets, website content, technical guides, and marketing communications. When we spot an error, whether flagged by staff, clients, or the public, we investigate and correct it promptly.
Think you’ve found a factual error on namaautomation.com? Email us at info@namaautomation.com with the subject line “Correction Request.” Include the page URL, the error you found, and the correct information if you know it.
We review every correction request within five business days. Once we confirm an error, we update the content as quickly as possible. For significant corrections to technical or commercial information, we note the change on the relevant page. We never silently delete or alter content in ways that hide past errors when transparency serves the public interest.
NAMA Automation conducts business and publishes content according to the highest standards of professional ethics. Five principles guide us:
Honesty We represent our products, capabilities, and company accurately. We never make unverified or exaggerated claims about performance, certifications, or client relationships.
Integrity in Commercial Relationships We don’t offer or accept bribes, improper inducements, or conflicts of interest in any business dealing. Fair, transparent terms govern our commercial partnerships and supplier relationships.
Respect for Intellectual Property We respect the intellectual property rights of technology partners, manufacturers, and content creators. When we use third-party content, designs, or data, we secure proper authorization first.
Client Confidentiality We treat information shared during commercial engagements as strictly confidential. We don’t disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except where the law requires it.
Environmental Responsibility Industrial automation plays a real role in reducing waste and energy consumption. That’s why we work to recommend solutions that support our clients’ sustainability goals.
To report a violation of this policy confidentially, contact senior management at info@namaautomation.com.
Reporting Period: 2025–2026
NAMA Automation is committed to transparency about our workforce. Below is our current staffing profile, along with our progress toward greater representation across the organization.
Overall Workforce Our team spans engineering, technical, sales, and administrative roles across Cairo operations and field activities. We draw talent from across Egypt, alongside professionals with regional and international experience in industrial automation.
Gender Representation The engineering and industrial automation sector has historically been male-dominated, and we recognize that. That’s why we’re actively increasing women’s representation in technical, engineering, and leadership roles — through targeted recruitment, internship programs, and professional development.
Nationality & Cultural Diversity Our clients span multiple regions and industries worldwide. To serve them effectively, we build a team that reflects a range of cultural and professional perspectives, spanning the MENA region and beyond.
Leadership Diversity We’re working to increase diverse representation in management and senior technical roles. Future editions of this report will share specific progress.
Commitments Going Forward
- Implement structured, bias-aware recruitment practices
- Partner with universities and technical institutes to attract diverse graduate talent
- Establish mentorship pathways for underrepresented groups in engineering
- Report annually on workforce diversity metrics as data collection matures
Diversity is an ongoing commitment for Nama Automation, not a one-time achievement. We’ll update this report annually — and welcome your questions or comments at info@namaautomation.com.
NAMA Automation is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives make us a stronger company — and better partners to the global clients we serve.
We don’t discriminate against any employee, job applicant, client, or partner based on gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic. This commitment covers every stage of employment: recruitment, compensation, career development, training, and workplace culture.
We actively work to remove barriers to participation at every level of the organization. For employees with disabilities, we provide reasonable accommodations, and we design our recruitment process to stay accessible and unbiased.
We expect every employee and contractor to treat colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior of any kind isn’t tolerated — we address it through our disciplinary procedures.
